30 Days of Healthy Challenge

Hello Readers! I have been pretty busy this week but I have been keeping on track with my 30 day challenge. The weekend was great and I am happy to report that we have not ordered any take out since our pubic hair on our take out incident last week. We have been cooking up some of my all time favorite recipes. Since the baby was born we have done take out a few times a week. We used to cook everyday and I am so glad that we are trying to get back to that. This past weekend we did cooked 2 of my all time favorites: Tuscan Chicken and Sausage, Pancetta and Egg Pasta. I have been doing well with walking out doors and the weather has been pretty good here in NYC. I mean it has been scorching hot but I have still been able to got out there at least once or twice a day. I have also been pretty good about adding in conditioning exercises everyday. Here is a look at the exercises that I did today:

  • 20 squats
  • 19 mountain climbers
  • 10 push ups
  • 75 crunches
  • 40 bicycle crunches
  • 40 side bends
