Hey guys! I hope you all had a great weekend. We had visitors this past weekend and had a few dinners out but we also took many walks to kind of equal it out. Today was a rough day, my little babe is going through a rough patch. I think she may be teething, with that I did not have tons of time to work out. We went on one walk, instead of our regular two walks. I did still manage to get in some exercise during the one nap peanut took today. Here is a list of the set I did today:

  • 55 squats
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 10 push ups
  • 55 crunches
  • 30 bicycle crunches

I wish I could say we cooked tonight but after the day that I had… We ended up ordering dinner. Tonight’s choice was Vietnamese food from Cha Pa’s Authentic Cuisine here in Mid Town. I have to give them a shout out because the delivery guy forgot my sauce for my vermicelli bowl. We called and they not only sent the sauce over but replaced my meal and Jon’s as well. We order from there often and we will continue to. Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast: coffee with soy milk, Rev Raw Spirulina bar

Lunch: bagel thin, mixed greens and turkey

Snack: hummus and pita chips

Snack: soy cinnamon dolce from Starbucks

Dinner: shrimp vermicelli bowl from Cha Pa’s Noodles and a glass of red wine

Tonight is the season finale of the Bachelorette. How many of you were watching? I watched but to be honest I quit on the season a few episodes ago. I found Andi to be pretty bland as the Bachelorette. I also was rooting for Chris the farmer. I was so disappointed that he did not make it to the end. What are your thoughts?
