Day 3: 30 Day Challenge

Good evening everyone! I hope you all had a great day. I will try to keep this short. I have been fighting a bug on and off this week and feel pretty lousy tonight. I still managed to get the baby out for one walk today and I was still able to do a few exercises in the afternoon before I started to feel like death. Here is a list of the reps I did today:

  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 crunches
  • 6 push ups
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 25 squats

My abs are still a challenge and it is definitely something I have to work up to again. I will hopefully have the strength to get in some activity tomorrow. As for diet, I had an ok with food today. Once again it could have been better. I made some great choices and a few maybe not so great ones.

Breakfast: Fruit salad, coffee with soy milk and a KIND bar

Lunch: Left over pasta and marinara sauce

Snack: Multi-Grain pita chips and humus

Snack: Soy cinnamon dolce latte from Starbucks

Dinner: Steak, brussel sprouts, mixed greens and red wine

I will focus on feeling better this week while still staying on track with this challenge. What did your day look like today?
