Hey Readers! I hope you are all having a great week. I have really been procrastinating on the fitness front, which is why a lot of my posts have been about fashion lately. I am trying to get back on track after baby and really need to start pushing myself to get out there and back on my routines. Something that I really want to achieve by the end of summer is a flat belly. I know I just gave birth less than 3 months ago but I really have been hard on myself when it comes to my stomach after baby. I have been seeing many article circulating about “flat belly diets”. I thought I would compile a list of food that have been known to help us ladies get a flat belly. We all want one especially with bikini season starting. Be sure to take this list with you the next time you are heading to the store:

  • Raspberries
  • Kale
  • Quinoa
  • Oatmeal
  • Avocado
  • Yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Almonds
  • Melon
  • Salmon

I love all of these food but I have to admit I did not jump on the kale bandwagon. I guess now may be a good time to start. What are your favorite ways to use these foods in your diet?
