Hi guys! It is Monday once again. the beginning of a new week is a great time to start over. If you have fallen behind in your goals Monday is a great place to start. I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day weekend. Saturday night our little peanut decided to make it her worst night in a long time but we managed. We went through Mother’s Day like zombies but we survived! I will admit it was my worst food day. Breakfast ended up being a box of donut holes and last night I sat down and ate half a box of truffles. It happens to the best of us. Today I will get back on track and also get back into the gym this evening. How was your weekend?
