Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you all had a great week. I have been struggling to get back on track after the baby. I am trying to make changes in my daily routines. This week I went to the gym 2 days and the others I tried to get in some activity at home. While the baby is sleeping I usually watch tv, this week I did small workouts during the commercial breaks. I tried to do 1 minute jumping jacks, 1 minutes lunges, 1 minute running in spot, 1 minute squats and repeat. I will continue this next week and try to get to the gym 5 days next week.
