Hey Guys! I went back to the gym this week and it was a little challenging. As most of you know I am almost 6 weeks into recovering from a c section. I went to the gym Mon-Wed this week and it went pretty well. I would have went Thursday and today but the baby had other plans for me but we did walk a lot. Now that I am trying to get back on track after the baby I have been looking for some new workout ideas. I am not ready to jump back in fully so it may take me a while to do any of these. I know that we are all always on the hunt for new workout routines and if you are like me you want to switch it up on a regular basis.
