Hey NYC Fit Food Fashion readers! As you all know I love interest. It is that time of week again, time to look at some of the awesome fitness motivation that I have found through Pinterest this past week. I love going through Pinterest to find workout quotes, tips, fashion and to get motivated. I will be returning to the gym in the next few weeks after being off due to my c section. I will need all the motivation that I can get, we all need help to get up and get started sometimes.
