Happy Valentine’s Day! I know I have already said it a few times but why not say it again. Since it is Valentine’s Day I am sure there are not a lot of you hitting the gym this evening. If you are like me you have gotten your workout out-of-the-way early today and have moved on to a treat or two. We all need some motivation to get back on track after certain holidays. Valentine’s Day is yet another holiday where I may eat a little too much chocolate and candy. I will be back to my regular routine tomorrow!
