Happy workout Wednesday guys!! January is half over and it is time to re-commit to any fitness goals that you had made on New Year’s Eve. I did not make a resolution but just promised myself that this year I would try to be the best me I can be. What promises did you make yourself?
I know once February hits a lot of people fall off of their New Year’s resolutions. With that in mind I was thinking, What can we do to keep motivated this time? How about some new workout wear?
I have been searching the web and have found some cute active wear that may just inspire you to get to the gym just so you can wear it!

Now that we have motivated our selves with fashion, let’s get our workout going. Here is a workout that you can do pregnant or not. I will be doing this routine 3 times over today. Here are your reps:
- 25 Dumbbell Squats
- 25 Cable Presses
- 25 Leg Curls
- 25 Straight Arm Pulldowns
- Plank 30-60sec
Following my third set, I will be doing 20 minutes of cardio (elliptical or treadmill). After cardio I will be doing some stretches for my cool down. What are your plans for Workout Wednesday?
