In 2014 make more time to work out. I find that the reason that a lot of you say you give up is boredom in the gym. Keep it interesting. Switch it up on a weekly basis. Keep motivated! I prefer to workout alone but a lot of people like to do it in pairs or even groups. This can go a long way in keeping you motivated to get it done. If you need the extra motivation enlist a friend or loved one to keep you on track.

If you can not get out to the gym, you can work out at home. I had to figure that out last year when I was without a gym membership for a bit. Here are some of the great tips I picked up from you guys and of course my social media circles! Tips for Working Out at Home

Louise shared with us a some really great tips on easy ways to stay healthy. If you have not read the post you should definitely check it out in the above link.

I have really enjoyed sharing and connecting with all of you in 2013 and I look forward from learning from one another in 2014. What are some of your healthy goals for the New Year??
