Today I decided to get back into the weight room. I have been stuck on the elliptical,mainly because my energy level has not been up to my pre-pregnancy energy. I do not want to lose any of the muscle that I do have, so back to the weights I go. Here is a look at the routine I did today:

5 x 12

  • chest press
  • dumbell rows
  • dumbbell flyes
  • barbell curls
  • 100 reps lat pull on light weight

Cardio 45 minutes elliptical or light jog
