I have to admit I have been spending quite a bit of time on the elliptical lately. Of all the exercises I do I find it to be the most comfortable for my growing little baby bump. I still run a few times a week and lift weights but the elliptical has been my workout of choice. Since I have been using the elliptical more often I have to challenge myself with different routines. Here is the elliptical workout I came up with for today:

  • 4 minutes moderate pace, resistance level 4 with incline of 1
  • 1 minute high pace, resistance level 10 with incline of 10
  • Repeat for 55 minutes
  • cool down 5 minutes moderate pace resistance level 2 incline of 1
