We try to cook and eat pretty healthy. The way to make this happen is to not keep junk food in the house! We do not buy soda, chips, cookies etc. If it is not there than you will not eat it! The exception being this past week. Halloween candy is in the house and we have been eating it. I had to post this to remind myself to keep this place stocked with healthy foods!
