Today is Cardio Day and I am going to mix it up again. If I stay on one machine too long I get bored, I like to spread it out over the variety of machines in the gym. Here is what today’s workout looks like:

15 min treadmill

  • 5 min 3mph incline 10
  • 5min 4 mph incline 5
  • 5 min 5mph incline 0

20 min elliptical

  • 2 min incline 4 level 1
  • 2 min incline 10 level 6
  • repeat

10 min rowing

  • alternate over and under grip every 30 seconds
