It has been awhile since I have used the machines in the gym to work on my legs. I have been doing squats, lunges and deadlifts on most leg days. Today I decided to switch up my leg routine and go back to the old machines I used to be obsessed with. Here is the routine:

5 minute warm up (treadmill walk)

5 x 15 Leg Press

5 x 15 Calf Raise

6 x 15 Abductor

6 x 15 Adductor

45 minutes Elliptical

  • 2 minutes 4%incline level 1
  • 2 minutes 10%incline level 5
  • Repeat
  • 5 minute Cool Down
