I had seen someone post on twitter, that they had days where they did 100 reps of 4 of their favorite exercises. I decided to give this a try today. Since I was going to do legs today, this was easy. I have many leg exercises that I love. To be honest leg day is my favorite day. I love leg day so much sometimes it do it twice a week! Here is today’s routine:

5 min treadmill warm up

100 weighted squats

100 alternating lunges

100 dead lifts

100 sumo squats

40 minute elliptical

Once I was done my legs were JELLO!! Love that feeling! What workout did you do today??
