I had planned on doing a 45 minute leg sculpting workout on the elliptical today. Being pregnant sometimes changes my workouts, I ended up doing 20 minutes because my heart rate had gone into the danger territory. My OB told me that anything over 140bpm was to high and I was reading at 160. After a few minutes over trying to bring down my heart rate, it would not go down. I stopped and did a little stretching and then rested! Here is the 20 minutes that I did accomplish:

1 min incline 7% level 4

2 min incline 11% level 4

1 min incline 13% level 4

1 min incline 11% level 4

1 min incline 7% level 4 pedal backwards

2 min incline 5% level 4 pedal backwards

2 min incline 2% level 4 pedal backwards

1 min incline 1% level 4

2 min incline 2% level 4

2 min incline 5% level 4

1 min 7% incline level 4

1 min 11% incline level 4 pedal backwards

1 min 13% incline level 4 pedal backwards

2 min 11% incline level 4 pedal backwards

1 min 7% incline level 4 pedal backwards
