Today’s workout was a combo. I originally went into the gym pretty low energy, pregnancy will do that to you. So I decided to just hit up the elliptical. While on the elliptical I got bored and decided to split up my elliptical workout and add some weight sets! This is the routine I did today:

15 min elliptical (aerobic setting)

3 sets of 20 chest press

15 min elliptical (fat burn setting)

3 sets of 20 lat pulldown

15 min elliptical (aerobic setting)

3 sets of 20 low row

10 minutes rowing
