Today I decided to go back to an old favorite. A few years back I can remember the bosu ball being all the rage in the fitness mags. I used to do some awesome leg workouts using the bosu ball. Today I will be changing up leg day with the bosu ball!

5 minutes cardio warm up

bosu ball forward lunges

bosu ball side lunges

bosu squats

bosu side squats

do each set 3 times

20 minutes cardio
