Today I am going to do some cardio. I will be doing a 50 minute elliptical workout. I know I have mentioned it before but the elliptical is one of my favorite cardio machines. I try not to do it to much or else I will get in a rut and not challenge myself! Here is the plan for today:

0-5 level 3

5-8 level 5

8-14 level 7

14-20 level 5

20-24 level 9

24-28 level 6

28-32 level 10

32-36 level 7

36-40 level 10

40-44 level 8

44-48 level 5

48-50 level 2
