Today is one of my favorite days! It is LEG DAY! I know a lot of people hate leg day but I happen to love it!

5 min warm up elliptical


one leg squats

sumo squats

side lunges (set on both legs)

good mornings

dead lifts

leg press

calf raises

20 minutes cardio (running or elliptical)
