Today is out last day to get ready for tomorrows Susan G Komen “Race for the Cure”.  Jon and I will be doing a little run training today. We will be doing this at the gym on the treadmill, it is quite humid out today here in NYC. This is the set we will follow:

3 min 2.5mph 1% incline

3 min 4.6 to 4.8mph (+.01mph every 60 sec)

2 min 3mph 1.5% incline

4 min 4.7mph to 5 (+.01mph every 60 sec)

2 min 2.5mph 2% incline

5 min 4.8 to 5.2mph (+.01mph every 60 sec)

2 min 2.5mph 2.5% incline

5 min 4.9 to 5.3mph (+.01mph every 60 sec)

3 min 3mph 3% incline

4 min 5 to 5.3mph (+.01mph every 60 sec)

4 min 2.5mph 3.5% incline

3 min 5 to 5.2mph (+.01mph every 60 sec)

5 min 2mph 4% incline

45 minutes
