Since this week circuit training seems to be working for me, I will be continuing with that trend today. If you have not tried circuit training you should. My legs are so sore from the lower body circuit that I posted This is definitely a leg workout to try out! Today I will be focusing on my upper body:

5 min elliptical warm up

chest press

low row

lat pulldown

barbell curls

clean and press

90 second cardio burst (jump rope, jumping jacks, running) Pick one

repeat the circuit 3 times over. Rest 30 seconds between circuits.

5 minutes elliptical/walk cool down
