The other day I had posted an upper body circuit that I did:   Today I will be doing a lower body circuit. As I always do I will start with a warm up and a cool down. All sets will be done with 20 repetitions without a break in between reps. Followed by 90 second cardio bursts. Give it a try!

5 min elliptical warm up


alternating lunges

sumo squats


leg press

calf raises

90 seconds of cardio (jumping jacks, jump rope, running) pick one

Repeat the circuit 3 times

5 minute cool down elliptical or walk on treadmill
