5 min 3.5mph

4 min 4.5 to 4.8 (going up .1mph every minute)

4 min 3.5 mph 1% incline

5 min 4.6 mph to 5 mph (going up .1mph every minute)

3 min 3.5 mph incline 1.5%

5 min 4.7 mph to 5.2 mph (going up .1mph every minute)

2 min 2.5 mph incline 2%

1 min 4.8 mph

1 min 2.5 mph incline 2.5%

1 min 4.9 mph

1 min 2.5 mph incline 3%

1 min 5 mph

1 min 2.5 mph incline 3.5%

5 min 2.5 mph
