Today I will be doing something a little different. I have made a circuit training plan for my workout today. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning using high-intensity cardio. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit ( Definition provided by Wikipedia). As always I will start with a 5 minute warm up and end with a 5 minute cool down. All strength exercises will have 20 reps, with no break I will move on to the next set.

5 min elliptical warm up

Squat/Press

Barbell Curls

Tricep Kickbacks

Dumbbell Flys

Lateral Raises

Crunches

90 seconds (running, jump rope, jumping jacks) of one cardio burst

After completing my 90 second cardio burst, I will start the circuit all over again. I will be doing this 3 times. After the 3rd I will cool down on on the elliptical.
