So our 5K is quickly coming upon us. Jon and I will be doing the Susan G Komen “Race for the Cure” on Sept 8th We are a little late on starting to train for it. We have been working out 5 days a week for the last few weeks but we have not really done much running. That will be changing this week for sure! I thought I would share with you what we will be doing this week to prepare ourselves for the 5K.

Monday: Elliptical 35 minutes

Tuesday: Run 8 minutes, walk 2 minutes, times 3

Wednesday: Elliptical 35 minutes

Thursday: Run 9 minutes, walk 1 minute, times 3

Friday: Run 10 minutes, walk 2 minutes, times 3

Saturday: Elliptical 35 minutes

Sunday: Rest Day
