I love this! These are the things that I try to incorporate in my life daily.  Be positive, eat healthy, put in some hard work, stay strong, worry less, dance more, love often and be happy! I have really been trying to stress a lot less and stop worrying about every little thing. So far this has been working well for me and helps me to be more positive every day.
