FItness Quote of the Week

This pretty much sums up how I have been feeling about my workouts lately. I have been challenging myself with moves that I do not normally in corporate into my routine. This past week I had added burpees, squat and lunge jumps etc. These are things I normally avoid but since I was working out a home all week I needed to find a way to increase my cardio and running outdoors in this heat wave was not an option for me! I have been increasing the number of reps everyday and reminding myself that these new exercises will not always be this hard! Do not be afraid to try new things and do not give up when you find them difficult. You will get used to it and eventually be adding on more sets! Happy Sunday!
