While still waiting to hear about our gym membership from our building manager, I am still homebound on the workout front. With this heat wave I have not embarked on outdoor workouts. So I discovered that youtube has all the home workouts I could want! Everyday I do a search for workouts and have come up with some great ones:
Cindy Crawford: The Next Challenge: This one is an old favorite of mine. So it made sense that I would want to revisit. I even wrote a review on it here: http://wp.me/p3wWp1-1dH
HIIT Cardio & Abs by FitnessBlender: I loved this one but I have a slight obsession with HIIT. I also love ab work! If you feel the same you should most definitely check this one out.
30 Minute Cardio by The CafeMom Studios: This workout uses high intensity exercises to get your heart going, followed by lower intensity exercises to lower your heart rate. I am not a mom but you do not have to be to do this workout! If you are a mom you will enjoy this 30 minutes of time for yourself!
VS Model 10 Minute Fat Blast Circuit: This is a quick little workout that I added on to my cardio. Well if it is good enough for the VS models it is good enough for me!
Total Body Workout 4: Sculpt & Tone in 30 minutes: This workout had great bursts of cardio and some really challenging strength training moves. I have weak wrists so I had a hard time with the amount of moving push ups, there is a lot of them!
10 Minute Shaking Waist Workout: This is an intense ab workout that uses dance moves to work your abs and hips. I really felt the ab burn on this one!
10 Minute Kickboxing from @sparkpeople: This is a quick cardio kickboxing blast. It is a great workout if you are short on time!
45 Minute HIIT & Total Body Toning Tabata Workout by FItness Blender: Since I enjoyed the 30 minute workout so much I am going to give the 45 minute one a chance today!
