I only started giving running a try in the last year. I was afraid to start before that, I had convinced myself that I did not like it. Well, I was definitely wrong about that. Running is now something that is part of my workouts every week! Running has not only helped with my fitness goals but I also found myself building more confidence in what I can achieve! It is funny how running can do that. If you do not already run I say give it another chance this weekend, you may be surprised at how good you feel afterwards!
